Yep, this ole fella is turning 50 and I couldn't think of a better way to bring in another decade other than to celebrate with family, friends and with some (hopefully) great live music!

Many of you know that music has played a huge part of my life and I have called upon many of my very talented friends to join me for a mega jam where we shall attempt to wing our way through 50 years of pop and rock favourites.

For those who came to my 40th and survived to tell the tale, lets do it all again!, for those of you that have become new friends in the past 10 years - dust off your dancing shoes and tune up your air guitars as you will be very much apart of the band :)

My Birthday is actually the 24th January but due to it being on the Australia Day long weekend, I have chosen to host this event on the following weekend (Saturday 31st January), It also means that I can extend the celebrations and keep the party going for at least a week :)

I have hired the Lou Lou room for this live jam as the venue is specifically designed for live music and is not open to the public.

It is a licensed venue but as its a private event, kids are welcome! however if you do choose to bring children please bear in mind that due to the live music, very young ears may need some protection.

Note: I have hired a sound guy to manage the sound and control volume but its still going to be live instruments and not a playlist.

As a music venue; the Lou Lou room has no provision for offering food/meals. I may look into the option of providing a grazing table to help mop up those many alcohol units but I would suggest eating something more substantial before arriving.

There are many great cafe’s and restaurants on Bay Terrace within a couple of minutes of the Lou Lou room so reach out if you would like any recommendations.
